- Early Check-in: Rooms requiring check in prior to 12:00 Hrs will require pre-registration to guarantee check in and extra charges will apply as per hotel policy
- Early Departure: The amount of the entire stay will be charged in full.
- Late Check-out: Late departures up to 18:00 Hrs are available, subject to availability at 50% of the daily room rate. Post 18:00 Hrs, full day charges will be applicable.
NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION CHARGE
- Cancellation of confirmed bookings must be advised, in writing, 72 (seventy-two) hours prior to expected arrival date.
- Any cancellation made less than above stipulated minimal shall attract retention equivalent to one night’s room plus applicable taxes.
- Cancellation made on the day of arrival or No-Show shall attract retention charges equivalent to the entire stay plus applicable taxes.

The heritage of contemporary impressions and age-old traditions meets in artist Rolf A Kluenter's bold calligraphic chalk sketches. Explore space, symbol and Tibetan Buddhist discipline in the densely textured handmade paper and resonating icons of the collection.
The Fifth Seal is the literature component of the Radheshyam Saraf Art Collection. Radheshyam Saraf, a long time promoter of fine arts and cultural heritage of the Himalayan region, was dedicated The Fifth Seal and the collection by his son, Arun Saraf. The Fifth Seal, available at the Yak and Yeti, is a collection of essay's from western scholars of repute who consider the development and structure of the different scripts the artist Rolf A. Kluenter uses in his work. The compilation and editing of the catalog was done by Andreas Kretschmar, executive director of Art Network International, Scholar of Buddhist and Tibetan Studies, and a resident of Nepal since 1985.
